Excellent location, facilities, room and a buffet breakfast to satisfy the extravagant demands of an 11 year old. Had 2 wonderful weekends heard in April 2025 & returned in April 2026. Beautiful pool location 50m from the beach and local restaurants on beach promenade. Perfect for couples, families and a kids rugby weekend.

Expensive but beautiful hotel immediately on the beach. Wonderful breakfast. Very helpful concierge service in fact all staff without fail were fantastic. Beautiful big pool although a shame it was not heated - it was 16 degrees which felt very cold on a cloudy march day.

From the outside and in the lobby, the hotel initially looks impressive, but that impression disappears as soon as you look more closely. The spa area in particular is in urgent need of renovation: it is small, old, and overall in a condition that is simply unacceptable for a so-called 5-star hotel. We were only able to use the spa on the first day. After that, it was fully booked, even though we were not given any information at check-in that an advance reservation was required. Charging an additional €25 per person for such a disappointing spa is almost outrageous. On top of that, the locker keys did not even work. The rooms were merely average, at best “so-so,” and far from the standard one would expect from a five-star property. What was especially unprofessional was that our private wine glasses were removed from the room. Mistakes can happen, but even after asking twice at reception, there was no reaction at all ….no explanation and not even a simple apology. Overall, our stay was a major disappointment. The hotel relies on its pretty facade but does not deliver the standards it promises. For me it is clear: this hotel is not worth five stars, and I would definitely not return.
