Ramirez Flats Valencia

We happen to be staying here in Ramirez Flats in Valencia during our 43 Marriage Anniversary. Front ALL desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, with a welcome and celebratory in-room card. The gesture was special. The entire room was highly appointed with more than we would use, but it's good to know all kitchen, cooking appliances and tools were available. We took advantage of the readily handy laundry facilities which for a small fee(3-3.50eu) got all of our clothes cleaned. They even provide the laundry detergent. The location was very central to all main events. A 15-20 leisurely walk or a $5-8 taxi. All in all, we were more than pleased with our selection, the value, the special front desk service and the location make this establishment a definite repeat visit choice.

There's nothing that we can point to in specific.

The rooms were very tidy, nicely kept, the staff were extremely friendly and assisted us whenever we needed something. The position is also great, most attractions are basically in walking distance.

The only thing that comes to mind is the internet connection being a bit unstable.

A lovely modern, good sized apartment which was well-equipped and also included daily housekeeping. Spacious bathroom with nice toiletries and a great shower. And, as well as a hairdryer, there were straighteners - bonus. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly - shout out to Tamara in particular. Location is good - within walking distance of Turia park and City of Arts and Sciences. The old part of Valencia is a bit further away but it's a lovely walk through the park or, alternatively, there are bus options. There are a couple of small supermarkets, several bars and restaurants in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Beware the shelf above the bed - we learnt to duck after a while! Nowhere suitable in the bathroom for a toiletry bag - a small shelf or a free standing unit would have been welcome.

Very noisy, both from outside, but also from the other apartments. It feels like there’s nothing separating you from outside sometimes
