These apartments were perfect for our stay as a family. Great, friendly communication from the staff (Thanks Flora and Tamara!) who helped with our family holiday requests.
The apartments felt personable with the front desk but also had the freedom and space to wind down in our rooms. The location was safe and convenient, walking distance to many places in Valencia. There's a mini supermarket and lovely breakfast cafe across the road, as well as great Spanish restaurants in the area. Thank you to the staff for your hospitality!
Only con, more wardrobe space/pegs for clocks etc.

The Apartment had all the things we needed. It is nicely located.
Not enough space to store clothes, we had to keep a lot of our things in our luggage and take it from there. For me (189 cm height) the bed was a bit short. Also a nightstand would be great.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Valencia. The apartment was very clean and clearly well thought out for families with children. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a dishwasher, which made our stay much more comfortable.
The reception is open 24/7 and the staff were always smiling, friendly, and very helpful. We even bought museum tickets directly from them, which helped us avoid waiting in lines.
The location is excellent. It’s only about 500 meters from the Gulliver playground in Turia Park, around 25–30 minutes from the Oceanogràfic, and about 10 minutes from several bus stops. There is also a supermarket nearby and several places to eat.
We highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Very noisy, both from outside, but also from the other apartments. It feels like there’s nothing separating you from outside sometimes
