The location and staff very friendly. The free laundry service is a super bonus for travellers. They even helped you to load and place the clothes into the machines if they are all occupied and pack them into bags once it’s done.
The noise from traffic below. We had a river facing view and since the air conditioning were still not turned on, had to open the windows.

Everything!! Cosy lake-front retreat with stunning Qiandao Lake views! Good location, friendly staff and a comfy super king-size bed made our stay delightful. A special mention to the self-laundry room angel who helped with laundry transferred from washer to dryer, packed everything neatly, ensuring hassle-free laundry experience. Highly recommended!!
Not a dislike, just the local payment practice.
We encountered issued with foreign credit card during check-in although they have indicated acceptance, so just in case, best to have local payment options handy.
