Nice people running this family style hotel. Very friendly and willing to help when we needed.
The room temperature is not evenly between rooms ( we booked loft unit ) upper room is very warm, but lower room is cold.

Wonderful, small and friendly hotel. Views over the river. Simple but tasty food and very accommodating of two of us being vegetarian. This was our favourite hotel throughout our travels in China.
About an hour's walk from the famous Tunxi Old Road. It's not really a downside and the walk is pleasant but visitors should be aware.

Location is ideal beside the river where you can take a long stroll and enjoy the serene scenery, but It is about 3 km from Tunxi town. Need to take a taxi or bus into the old town.
