The apartment is very new and spacious. It has two bedrooms, each with their own shower and sink, a large kitchen/dining/living room and a patio overlooking the bike trail and trams. The patio is a great place to enjoy a drink in the afternoon while watching people and bikes heading in and out of town. We were only two people, but it could easily hold a family of four. It is in a quiet building and gets very little street noise. The location is just on the edge of downtown and there is a bus and tram stop a short walk away. So you can get most places in the city within 20 minutes by transit or 30 minutes walking. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again.
The street parking is very safe but where you can park is somewhat confusing for non-locals. Signs for residents (Bewohners) and construction vehicles are difficult to understand at first. It costs 6 euros to park on the street for 24 hours and is free on Sundays/Holidays (and can be done conveniently through a number of apps - we used Flowbird).
