The need to state that the folding bed was required. My sister and I were traveling together. The Owner immediately responded and had the bed made up

Perhaps the heating turned on in advance of arrival as it was very cold.

Host was friendly and gave all the important information. House was nice and with character (I mean it an old house, so it is normal to expect squeaky floors and so on). Quite near to old town, in a quiet hood.
Stair was quite steep. Bathroom and toilet were downstairs and bedroom upstairs (was a bit annoying because of a steep stair). Outside area was quite small.
