The staff were very helpful
The spa was below expectations. The sauna was not hot and hammam was not working.

Staff were very helpful and obliging, the room was well equipped, extremely quiet, a comfortable bed and access to the sauna was an additional bonus. A great stay. Near to the train station for access to the city.

Convenient. This hotel was conveniently located about four or 5 miles from the airport, but it is not at the airport and there are not any restaurants close by.
I stayed here twice on this recent vacation because I pre-booked but will probably not return. My room was not clean, both times.
Also, the food was not good and it was expensive.
