Despite some bad reviews, we had a smooth check-in that day. Received instruction on Agoda chat box. No one there to greet you but that's fine because they gave you clear instructions beforehand. The room looked exactly as photos. Easy access to public transport. The shared bathroom was spacious.

Bedroom was great, amenities were clean, no issues sharing kitchen and bathroom with other guests. Was a good quite area, but did take a little while to get into the heart of the city although transit was close-by. Would recommend to others as a good value stay.

Stayed here for one night, close to a bus stop for transport into the center, very clean, provided a little fan/ac in the room, as well as a mini fridge. Three points for improvement, 1) the wifi was TERRIBLE, I had some work calls to take and it wasnt possible to use the wifi. I asked about resetting the wifi and they just sent me the same password again.... 2) There are no mirrors in the bedrooms, 3) the shower was just the showerhead which you had to hold over yourself (not attached to the wall).

Host was unavailable to provide access code for entry. Had to wait more than an hour in rain to get the code. Host does not respond to questions or messages. Terrible management. Even agoda was unable to contact them in time. The hostel is good though.
