Clean and comfortable. Good location, bus stop for Derby just over the road. We were attending a wedding at West Mill, so great location for us. Friendly owner.

Close to where we needed to be.
Dog friendly ( even though we didn’t bring our dog we could have)
Plenty of auxiliary heating ( electric fire and towel rail) in addition to radiators ,which were needed at the end of November !

it was really good value. it was dog friendly and although small was cosy. there was a welcome hamper with bread milk and cereal which was a lovely touch.
there was doggy do in the garden which we stepped in in the dark and was quite hard to avoid.
