Clean, simple, good value for money.
Traffic noise from busy road outside is clearly audible even with double glazing, so foam ear plugs are a good idea.

It was cheap, clean, and surprisingly quiet for being on a busy road.
The room decoration, the shared bathroom (clean, but dilapidated and cluttered), noises from the hallway and other bedrooms.
