Property was very well kept, clean, and spacious. It had everything necessary. They left some cereal, milk, and juice for us which was a nice touch. All bathrooms had shampoo and conditioner as well as body wash. There was washer/dryer combo with detergent available (which we didn't use). Everything you need in case you want to use the kitchen is there!
We bought snacks and water at a Benavides (pharmacy) 2 blocks away.
Great communication. No problem entering the property, their instructions were very clear. When I had a question, I contacted them through WhatsApp and they responded promptly (< 5min). There's wifi which worked great for all 6 of us. TVs are smart so we were able to watch AppleTV, Netflix, I airplayed a show from HBOMax.
The location is GREAT! We never used an Uber, except when going to the airport. You can walk to Antara, Palacio de Hierro, and all of Masaryk, Homero, Horacio, Campos Eliseos which are the streets with all the good stuff (stores, restaurants, bars, etc). We walked to Auditorio Nacional. It took us about 22 min. which is way better than being stuck in traffic. There you can take the TuriBus to go to all the main eyesights in CDMX.
I mean, everything was great! If I'm being picky, front doors don't seal well, bathroom mats were cute but gray. I would rather just have a white towel instead.
