1. False advertisement - Airport shuttle wasn’t available as adversitied on the page (staff wasn’t aware of the service neither Agoda did and they sent me back and forth in between the two). I have mentioned it to Agoda and the property several times so I hope they have taken that down by now. It was far from “stress-free” as they advertised.
2. Cleanness - found a few hairs on every beds even under the duvet and message the property manager but only feedback was that they have double checked the rooms and they don’t know how it happened. Didn’t offer a cleaning service. It was very hot and the fan they had in the apartment was dusty and the second one they arranged for us was even worse. Cleaning clearly didn’t seem their top priority unlike the description.
3. It’s not in the heart of Polanco where a lot of buzzing restaurants and bars are located. It’s quite a lot of blocks away. You can find a few coffee shops and street taco places along the street.
4. Laundry machine is the only facility we used though you have to buy your own washing power.
5. Price doesn’t guarantee. The day we arrive in the city, the property was 20% lower rate. Don’t book earlier.

Convenient location and beautiful environment. Unit was clean and new, exactly how photos looked. Wish there was a better air system, other than the plug-in fan, and small kitchen without much counterspace, but has the necessities.
