I think the Gym too small, other that that the hotel it was excellent, I would have like it a view to the street,

Location lots of restaurants relatively quiet and close to major tourist destinations
Host were very helpful and friendly
apartment had no external view or light
floors although appearing clean soiled my feet while walking barefoot
appeared to be a bit well worn

Great location, no questions about that. One of the people staffing the reception was very nice. Good terrace were it not so hot. Nice little business center downstairs, where I could work. The room was clean.
I arrived a few hours early (and I messaged the timing to the property beforehand). They could not find any way to accomodate an early arrival, even though it didn't seem busy. I ended up waiting for hours.
Then, after I literally waited 'till the earliest check-in time, the room they gave me was a nice suite overall - except all the windows faced walls with aircons on them... and those aircons sure made looots of noise. Made it very hard to sleep, plus facing walls is not quite what you expect to see on your first trip to Mexico. Was that the only room? Not sure.
All in all - it's OK, I guess, but I'll try something else on my next trip.
