A truly pleasant, clean and photogenic apartment with modern kitchen, close to the centre. Except for a lack of maintenance on a number of small items, we would give 10/10 !
There is now a (wonderful) new pedestrian zone, so you must navigate to 6, Rue Monge, and enter the courtyard from there.
[1 ] The narrow entrance staircase is littered with fallen plaster and stones.
[ 2] A step is loose in the stairwell.
[ 3] The appartment front door handle fell off.
[ 4] The television has no signal.
[ 5] The sofa is stained.
[ 6] A kitchen lamp switch was repaired with Amazon tape.
[ 7] A bedside lamp doesn't work.
[ 8] Feather pillows aren't hypoallergenic.
[ 9] A loose or missing floorboard between rooms is dangerous.
[10] The legs of a blue upholstered chair are wobbly.
[11] The legs of a white chair are badly bent.
[12] The kitchen sink plug is broken, etc.
[13] Roller blinds are provisional.
[14] The shower head falls down.

Die Lage ist perfekt, die Räume Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Badezimmer waren sauber und gut vorbereitet.
Das Geschirr war unvollständig und nicht komplett sauber. Der Griff der Türe war defekt, das Problem bestand wohl schon mehrere Male. Trotzdem konnte man die Tür benutzen. Der Treppenaufgang ist abenteuerlich, siehe auch die anderen Kommentare.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geräumig und liegt super zentral.
Das Treppenhaus ist sehr marode.

Emplacement exceptionnel dans le centre ville, proche de toutes les commodités, des transports, des divers endroits à visiter.
L'humidité de l'établissement ( des croûtes de peinture décollées du plafond ), l'escalier en très mauvais état pour l'accès à l'appartement, des stores non fonctionnels, et des toiles d'araignée dignes d'halloween....
