I stayed in a little, single room which is up a spiral staircase overlooking the garden, it's absolutely beautiful and full of history. The room itself is obviously very old but warm and cosy, the location is perfect and Anna is really helpful and kind.
The mattress honestly wasn't the best, maybe good if you like a hard bed, and the bathroom could do with an update but I think it's all to be expected staying in a very old house.

I loved the location as this was in an old walled garden, presumably originnally for coach and horses. Quote tight for my vehicle but it was quite large, however the hosts were more than happy to assist my reversing to parking position.
I would love to see the garden in summer - so sure we will be back.
The location is perfect - 20m to the nearest Michelin star restuarant and the same to a lovely local bisto for breakfast.
We did not really spend a lot of time in the apartment, so hard to comment in depth. However, the accomodation including a well appointed kitchen would have been perfect for a meal or two.

Location and parking were fantastic.
It felt safe as a sol female traveler.
Lovely old property, if you’re in one of the lower rooms it would be a different experience.
Staff communication was odd. I was driving and expected to check emails and communicate my arrival times.
Bathrooms were down on the ground floor (outside) and the door covered in mould.
Make sure to read the room description to ensure you understand which room you’re paying for.
Very friendly owner though!
