About this apartment rental
Large and very bright apartment located on the third and last floor of a small building. Reserved parking in the courtyard of the building.
ATTENTION: July & August, rental of 3 consecutive days minimum.
For a holiday rental to discover the beautiful city of Dijon or for a short business trip, we will be there to welcome you.
Located in a building of the 1970s, the cottage of 70 m² accepts up to 6 people.
It consists of an entrance / hallway with cupboards.
This entry serves a kitchen open to a room of 25 m² adjoining a terrace of 70m ² without vis-à-vis.
A separate toilet is also accessible through this entrance.
In the room, a door serves a bathroom and 2 rooms with 1 bed 140 for one and a bed 160 for the other.
A possibility of sleeping is offered on the sofa bed (2 people).
A baby cot is available on request.
Bed linen on request (€ 12.00 per bed); optional cleaning for 60. 00 €
Animals not accepted.
Large area at 100 m (Intermarché). 2 bus lines serve the city center of Dijon and the faculties. Near the prison district.

Terraces were very large and perfect for the warm weather. The flat was large and comfortable. The front door to the building was glass and it was smashed. It was propped open when we arrived but was closed and locked with the smashed glass for the rest of the time. Unfortunately, we were not given a key to the front door and had to rely on luck and the neighbours to let us in. Also, we were told we had to pay 15 Euros for sheets. Not sure how they expected us to bring sheets from Canada! I would suggest it be included in the price. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was clean and modern. It was close walking to a grocery store and half and hour walk to the core of Dijon. The rooftop patio was great. Read the posting closely, there is a charge of 15 euros for each set of bed linen and a 60 euro cleaning fee unless you clean the apartment to the same standard when you leave. Also there are not 3 bedrooms, rather 2 bedrooms and a pullout couch in the living room that can be used. The host was easy to communicate with.
