Come enjoy beautiful Morro Bay in this spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home! Ideally located near Morro Bay's incredible golf course and the bayfront, this home is the perfect place for leisure and relaxing with family and friends. The home sits on a large corner lot with bay views from the living room and protected patio. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom with combination shower/tub. The second bedroom features two twin beds and third bedroom has a queen sized bed and television. The home has two living rooms each with a fireplace, the first one as you enter the home has two couches, a large dining area and a big bay window with lots of natural light. The second living area is off the kitchen with a small sofa, television, and and breakfast table. Off of this room you will find a deck with glass wind barriers and bay views. The kitchen was recently updated and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a large mudroom and workspace with a desk off the kitchen where is located the washer and dryer. There is plenty of outdoor space with a bright, south facing patio and a fenced back yard and lawn that is the perfect place to relax and grill after a day of adventures! This lovely home in Morro Bay was clean and decorated beautifully. The beds were comfortable, and we slept soundly. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the balcony and the living room. There were many areas to enjoy relaxing and good conversations. The kitchen was nicely stocked with necessary cooking supplies. It was evident that the owners put a lot of love and care into this home.
