About this house rental
Hillside House is the perfect getaway for families, especially families that include adult children and couples. It's tastefully decorated in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to local attractions, beaches, wineries and shopping, Hillside House has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the main floor (the second floor) there is an open floor plan of the kitchen, dinning and living room. The kitchen features a breakfast bar with four bar stools for additional seating. The dinning room has a round table for four which extends for two additional chairs. The living room features a fireplace for those cool nights and a breathtaking view of the ocean and Morro Rock. Also, an entertainment center with a 70" HDTV and a DVD player with several DVD movies for your enjoyment. The Guest Bedrooms have comfortable Queen Size Beds and the Master Suite has a King Size Bed. The first floor has a garage and drive way parking for additional cars.

Such a comfortable beach home, the house is clean and well decorated. Everything was available to make the stay enjoyable. Great place!!

We stayed in this house while we volunteered for Project Surf Camp. It was the perfect location. Just close enough to the embarcadero and camp yet far enough that you didn't deal with the tourist traffic. (10 to 20 minute walk to almost every thing.)
The kitchen had everything we needed. It was also great that there was a gas grill!
The master bedroom had a spacious bathroom, decently comfy bed and a nice TV. We only watched the tv once but it was nice having the option if desired.
I'm unsure of the comfort to the rest of the beds however no one complained.
The main livingroom had a gigantic TV for family movie night which was nice. There was also plenty of sitting room to just read a book and enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
There is only a front patio, no back yard, however there is a walkway around the house. Which I found perfect to practice yoga. Just enough shade and breeze to enjoy myself. (Gorgeous front yard garden!)
The neighbors are kind and respectful!
One perk I loved was having access to the garage. We brought our Stand Up Paddleboards so it was great to be able to store them inside for the night.
Overall it was a great time being able to cook and grill our own meals while enjoying each others company in a spacious home!
