We had a great experience. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until midnight, but the self check-in instructions provided by Mateo were clear and easy to follow—we were settled in within minutes.
The apartment was excellent, with breathtaking views. It’s brand new, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. The beds were slightly on the softer side, but still comfortable.
Mateo was a fantastic host, offering helpful tips and guidance for getting around Dubrovnik and suggestions for nearby excursions. The property is located on a hill, but we found getting around very easy using Uber—rides to the Old Town were quick, affordable (around €8), and always available within a couple of minutes.
Overall, a great place to stay with incredible views. We would definitely recommend it!

Stay here for the views. There are even more amazing than the pictures. We spent hours on the balcony looking out at the beautiful views. That’s what would bring us back. I wouldn’t describe the residence as luxury. It is a bit basic otherwise, with modest furnishings and adequate bedrooms. Kitchen is practical. A/c is excellent. Beds are a bit soft. Mostly clean apartment with a couple minor issues here and there. Price is good for Dubrovnik. Parking is a little tricky. A car is not necessary. Ubers are plentiful. We would recommend to others who prioritize amazing views.

Mateo was a fantastic host, gave great tips on local trips etc and what to avoid. The apartment was absolutely perfect, had everything we needed and so clean and modern, best part the views, such amazing sunsets in the balcony!
The steps we a lot but we did get used to them!

Amazing location and views. Matteo was an excellent host who provided local recommendations and was very responsive. A short car/bus trip into Old Town and walk to beautiful Sunset Beach/supermarket and restaurants. We wish we could have stayed longer!
