Great location, friendly host, beautiful terrace and garden to spend the time at. Close to the beach, bus stop, restaurants and shops. For me it was perfect.
Not a dislike for me, but for those with mobility issues - keep in mind that there's plenty of steps to get to or get out of the place.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Miomir! Our host Ivona was very kind and helpful with everything. When we had a problem or questions she gladly helped us! The house was a DREAM with its beautiful garden with both cats and turtles. Very clean and renovated apartment. AC worked very well, never to warm. Very comfortable beds. Only 5 minute walk to the beach, bus stop and food store. Lovely view from the window as well! Will definitely return if I’m ever in Lapad again :)
Maybe some hooks in the bathroom and a scissor in the kitchen, otherwise perfect! :)

The host was very friendly. Very willing to help.
The location is just perfect: 300 metres fun the main promenade street?. At the same time very quiet.
The house is an old stone Villa: very authentic, it has the mood of centuries behind. Very beautiful.
Everything in the studio we lived in is just of the cheapest quality. Silvery, frying pans, toilet, shower. Imagine you bought all this in Ikea in the cheapest department and used it for a couple of years. That's the state of all usable appliances here.
No AC.
WiFi internet connection is very poor. It works outside, but when I come inside it just disappears. A couple of good routers would help improve it, but looking at reviews I see that the host does not care.
