The view is exceptional.The owners were very responsive when we misplaced the front door key.The apartment was spacious and very clean.Loads of modern conveniences.The location is great,just five minutes walk from the new town,and ten minutes taxi from Dubrovnik Old town.
I liked everything and would most certainly return.There is a hill to climb to reach the apartment,if one chooses to walk from the new town.

Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Felt spacious and had a lovely view from the balcony.
To go down to the beach, there are lots of steps.

Amazing view!! The host was very nice and helped us a lot. Gave us some tips about the city and was always available for any questions. The beds are very comfy. The whole apartment is in very good condition. We are very happy with our stay.

La vue sur la mer.
La facilité pour se rendre à la vieille ville par le bus à proximité du logement.
Le lave vaisselle qui ne fonctionnait pas.Il restait de l'eau dans le fond du lave vaisselle.Quand nous l'avons rebranché résultat :inondation dans la cuisine.
Il restait du linge dans la machine à laver.La porte était cassée. Le propriétaire est venu pour retirer le linge.Nous n'avons pas pu faire de lessive.
La porte fenêtre ne pouvait pas se fermer
Il y avait un petit chauffeau sous l'évier qui ne fournissait pas suffisamment d'eau chaude pour faire une vaisselle(pas de lave vaisselle fonctionnel).
Les verres de salle de bain avaient des dépôts de dentifrice et de poussière (peu appétissant)
Le propriétaire nous a dit qu'il s'arrangerait pour réparer tout çà. Nous n'avons vu personne.
Le propriétaire nous a dit qu'il nous indemniserait pour compenser tous ces désagréments par l'intermédiaire de booking .com.
A ce jour nous n'avons aucune nouvelle ni de lui ni de booking.com
Tout çà est bien dommage .L'appartement par lui même pourrait être très bien.
