This apartment was built in 1924 and has the old retro feel with the new modern chic style... YOU WILL LOVE IT !!! A private 2BR apartment with full amenities! Great Location!! Free bikes!! In the heart of Venice, and just 15 minutes walk from the beach. Can sleep up to 7 people comfortably. *** PLEASE NOTE: If my place is booked, PLEASE CONTACT ME. So I can open blocked dates or find you another apartment.
Please be aware that we have a strict no party policy. While our house is able to host large groups, we expect you to treat this home respectfully and obey all house rules (no smoking, no excessive noise, no outside guests, and clean up after yourselves).
The neighborhood's watch will call the police if there is report of disturbance.
We will charge the appropriate amount after your stay if additional cleaning is required, evidence of smoking in the house is found, or damage is done to the house. Thank you in advance!
The property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the apartment. Removing the decibel monitor will result in a full security deposit loss. We use this monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the listing.

Lovely old school beach cottage. Comfortable beds. Lots of natural light. The Zen garden is a cozy space to chill. Close enough to the beach but in a nice quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants and other conveniences. Superba brunch and bakery is a delightful way to start the day. Dary was friendly and responsive throughout our stay. Only surprise was coin-operated laundry. Bring lots of quarters if you need to do laundry! All in all a great place to stay!
