The most Southwesterly City in the Continental US.
Lovely 2 bedroom condo across the street from the beach and your back patio is the Tijuana Estuary. When you arrive at the condo you will hear the roar of the waves on one side and the serenity of nature on your other side. The condo has a small kitchen as you enter and large livingroom dining space. WiFi and streaming access on the 65 inch TV provided. One bathroom with a tub/shower combo. One bedroom with a King bed and good size closet. Second bedroom with a full size mattress for lower bunk bed and twin for the upper bunk bed. Sliding doors exit the bedroom with the bunk beds onto a large patio. Multiple places to sit and relax and watch the birds. You are able to see Mexico in the distance. We have an extra yard area where you can enjoy the sun in a hammock. Lay back while you listen to the crashing waves.
There is a military base across the estuary and helicopters take off during the week.
2 dog max with weight under 30 pounds allowed with an extra pet fee.
One parking spot provided.
Imperial Beach was founded in 1887 and was a favorite destination of farmers and land owners in Imperial Valley. Once Hotel del Coronado was under construction in 1887 many of the laborers lived in IB and traveled into Coronado.
This community is rich with history and diversity. The town has a variety of homes along the beach, some look the same as they did decades ago and others have been upgraded. In the past decade more local restaurants have moved in giving travelers the best of San Diego in walking distance.
A short drive will bring you into Mexico or into Coronado. If you rather get a workout in, there is the Silver Strand biking trail that will bring you safely into Coronado. The trail is a few miles from the condo.

Our stay here was so enjoyable. The location is convenient to the beach and not far from IB pier and restaurants. The condo is comfy and quiet. The back patio is especially nice to entertain and enjoy the great outdoors!

Property was exactly as advertised and checkin was seemless. Communication with the proerty Host Was excellent. And having a reserved parking is nice when your in this area.

Such a cute condo in the best location! Beautiful view of the estuary, 2 min walk to the beach, walking distance to the main drag of IB.
