About this house rental
This is a modern 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom duplex beach house. Enjoy meals and beautiful sunsets from our 600 square foot rooftop deck. The deck has beautiful teak furniture and offers views of Coronado Bridge and downtown San Diego. Simply walk across the street to the beach and Dunes park.

This contemporary beach house has large windows for lots of light and ocean views. It also includes flat screen tv's and wifi. We also have air conditioning. Most of the time, we get cooling ocean breezes, but in the summer months, the afternoons can be warm, so you can be assured of staying comfortable at all times!
You can walk for miles, both north and south, on uncrowded beaches. Imperial Beach and Coronado also have many miles of ocean and bayside bike trails. The Tijuana Estuary and National Wildlife Refuge both have hiking trails and over 300 species of native or migrating birds. There is also a site just south of us that has guided beach trail horseback riding. We also have a beach front outdoor fitness court across the street.
You can cook your meals at the house or walk to the many restaurants in the area. Our home is across the street from oceanfront restaurant at Pier South Hotel. We are within a block or 2 of Katy's Cafe, Pizzeria Luigi, Mike Hess Brewery, Brigantine Oyster Bar, Pizza Port, Filippi’s Pizza Grotto, Siam Imperial Thai Kitchen, and El Tapatio Mexican Restaurant.

Very nice house. Nicely updated and in great location. Easy walking to many great eating places and only a block to the ocean. Owners were very easy to contact with any concerns. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in this area.
