This complex of two exclusive sea view holiday villas enjoys the perfect location on the Greek island of Crete: The villas are situated in the picturesque village of Aghia Pelagia. Each villa has its own, 3.5 x 10 m illuminated swimming pool. The private pool is surrounded by sun loungers and sun shades. And next to the terrace is an outdoor kitchen complete with traditional stone grill. Children will appreciate the playground with a slide and swings.
The top modern white villas have only recently been newly built in 2017, and they are designed to blend with the Cretan environment. Each villa is equipped as follows: The single-storey building boast a generous living space of 110 m² and can accommodate six persons. It consists of an open plan living-/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The living room is furnished with a large sofa, a flat screen TV, a dining table with six chairs and there is an open fireplace for cosy evenings. The white high gloss kitchen is complete with dishwasher, Ceran cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The bedrooms offer a double bed each. And the four bedrooms each have a shower, wash basin and a toilet. A washing machine is available and there is internet access throughout the property.
