Located between the picturesque village of Adele and the popular seaside resort of Adelianos Kampos, this area perfectly combines the tranquility of Cretan countryside with the vibrant atmosphere of the coast. Just a 10 minute drive from the enchanting Old Town of Rethymno, you’ll be surrounded by olive groves, traditional tavernas, and golden sandy beaches.
Whether you’re looking to relax under the sun, explore hidden mountain villages, or enjoy the island’s famous hospitality and cuisine, this is the ideal base for your Cretan escape. Peaceful, authentic, and close to everything.
Our retreat is just 500 m away, on foot, from the nearest mini market and bus stop which has regular itineraries which is very convenient. Our villa is located between the traditional and historical village Adele (800m) and a popular seaside suburb of Rethymno named Adelianos kampos ( 1500m)
In Adelianos kampos there are many possibilities for good food and drinks, nightlife and entertainment. Everything you need is at hand’s reach!
The villa is surrounded by 2 acres of gardens, fruit bearing trees, palm trees, flowers and surfaces with grass and lawn.
Villa Periklis is a great place for a relaxing and peaceful vacation, for families, as well as for couples, as it offers full privacy. It’s a perfect house if you’re travelling with your kids, because all rooms are on the ground floor, which enables you to have easier and more complete supervision in all areas. In its garden and pool you can spend endless hours of fun, games and do any other activity you like, such as yoga or reading your favourite book by the pool with a nice cool drink! The wonderful ground terrace with its patio furniture and wooden canopy for sun protection, makes outdoor dinning a very pleasant experience, you would want to repeat daily!
The Villa has an adults’ pool (25 m2 surface and 1,50 m depth) and a children's pool (10 m2 surface and 0,60 m depth) with sun beds and umbrellas, surrounded by a large area of lawn. Your children will love it and spend hours splashing and diving and you all gonna get a lovely suntan, which will remind you of these unforgettable holiday moments! There is also a BBQ in the garden area, which you will find very useful for the preparation of your meals in the garden. There is an outdoor sink too, so you’ll eliminate the clutter in the kitchen. A ping pong table can also be found for unlimited hours of fun!
The Villa has 3 bedrooms, which can accommodate 6 persons. The fully equipped kitchen communicates with the living room area and has extra windows and another door. It is very spacious, so you can cook with ease and has lots of cabinets and a lovely dining area. Two of the bedrooms have two single beds each and a joined bathroom, while the third bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and they all have bedside tables, wardrobes and view to the garden. The comfortable mattress make sure that you’ll have a good nigh’t sleep! The Villa is equipped with a first aid kit, an linens, covers, blankets and towels. There also is a solar boiler system, which provides hot water all day long.

Just returned from a 2 week stay at this amazing villa, the property is in an amazing location, the photos really don’t do the villa justice, amazing gardens and pool and the villa itself is kept spotless. Maria is always on hand if you where to have any problems, and after a delayed flight and not getting to the villa till very late to be greeted with a unbelievable welcome pack was very nice and appreciated touch. The villa is in a peaceful location but still only a 10 min drive to all the restaurants and bars in Rethymno.

Just lovely, prefect size for 6 adults and spotlessly clean.
Outside area was the highlight, sitting around the large pool or having a bbq. The ground and gardens added to the privacy.
Quiet location and never felt overlooked.
Some fantastic restaurants around too.
One point a car really is needed but the local taxis were very reasonable if we wanted to ditch the car for the evening.

Great villa, amazing pool and garden with fresh
fruits. Very friendly and hospitable owner. It was just a perfect stay in this object. Our kids didn't want to leave the pool anymore. The way to the beach is not too far and so no problem.
We will come back again one time!!!
