About this villa rental
The villa Petrinos Milos is the perfect place for a quiet, relaxing vacation with panoramic view of the mountains of Crete and the Libyan sea.
The villa "Petrinos Milos"or "Stone Mill" is a private luxury holiday villa located in a traditional village in South Rethymno,Drimiskos , Crete , Greece . The villa consists of 3 bedrooms and is ideal for holidays 2-8 pers . With private swimming pool of 67 m3, integrated children's pool , a plot of 1000 sq.m. It offers a courtyard garden surrounded by a stone wall to protect your privacy .
Outside there is parking for two cars , garden with swimming pool , the old well and the grill in the shade of large pine . Within the garden there are sunbeds , umbrellas and a poolside shower . The ground floor is fully equipped with traditional furniture , marble floors A/C and has a dining area , kitchen , a small bathroom and a living room with fireplace . The first floor has a common 1 full bath for 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and A/C , 1 bedroom with 1 double bed,A/C and private bath . All rooms have wooden floors and large balconies overlooking the Libyan Sea. The basement storage room and wc with washing machine. Also there is place for young children to play with toys.
A short walk(200m) from the village Drimiskos you can find a restaurant -café with the shadow of big tree platanos.There you can enjoy the Cretan - traditional cuisine .Also there is a second cafe -taverna near the church. Spili (7km) is a town with restaurants , cafes , shops and more services .
Just 5-15 minutes by car, you can find beaches Ligres , Triopetra Preveli , Amoudi , Holy Fire and St. Paul . We are less than an hour drive from the cosmopolitan and picturesque town of Rethymno .
Our villa is suitable for relaxing, cycling , climbing , hiking , swimming , diving , in a very quiet and peaceful place. Alternatively , you can stay in our villa , admire the view while watching the children playing in the garden . We have our own traditional farm animals ( horses , goats , sheep , rabbits , cats and dogs) and our own organic crops trees and vines . Upon request you can have a ride on horseback or contact with nature , to see our animals and our traditional sectors and to taste our traditional products (wine , raki , olive oil , milk , eggs , cheese) .

Very spacious and well equipped villa. Lovely gardens and many comfortable seating areas outside. Large and deep adult pool with great children’s pool at one end. Much nicer than its description.
Charming and helpful host, Eleftheria, who speaks very good English.
Great area, good beaches & tavernas not too far away. Car essential. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Puhkasime oktoobri teisel poolel oma perega: 2 täiskasvanut ja 4 last . Majas on olemas kõik vajalik. Kõik töötas. Väikestele lastele on olemas mänguasjad, mängud ja puzzled. Maja perenaine on väga meeldiv naine, oli alati kättesaadav, tegi meile suurepärase õhtusöögi meie saabumise päeval ja tegi mõned kingitused. Mõned päevad hiljem ta näitas meile oma farmi. Lapsed olid väga suures vaimustuses loomadest. Me ei saanud kasutada basseini, sest paraku oktoobris vesi basseinis oli juba jahe. Aga lähedal on nii ilusad rannad. Ja merevesi oli veel soe. Maja asub väikses külas mägedes ning maja lähedal on väga hea peretaverna, kus me käisime mitmeid kordi söömas. Oktoobris puhkajatele soovitan kindlasti võtta kaasa kerged joped, sest õhtud on juba jahedad ning tuul on päris tugev. Meil jäi veel palju kohti avastamata ning me kunagi tuleme Kreetale kindlasti tagasi.
