The host, Elliot, and his mom were friendly and welcoming, with great communication before and after the stay. It is a beautiful house in a great location for visiting the Norwich Research Park, which is less than a 10-min drive away. The breakfast was excellent.
I would like to offer some constructive feedback regarding Room 3 on the second floor. While I appreciate the cosy atmosphere, the room was very small, with only space to move around the bed.
I travelled for work and wanted to do some work before my meeting the next day, but there was only a small dressing table with a stool, which couldn't be used as there was almost no space between the dressing table and the bed. The arm holding the TV was also in the way, limiting the space even more. It might enhance the room's functionality to consider a layout with a single bed and one bedside cabinet, which could create a bit more room for movement. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Elliot and Penny were wonderful hosts. The facilities are amazing and the breakfast first class. I would recommend the venue to anyone.
