Loved this apartment. We are a family of five and there was plenty of room. Enjoyed looking at all the artwork on the walls. Would highly recommend this place

Fantastic, authentic apartment, lovingly, personally and with a lot of artistry furnished. The roof terrace a dream. Not suitable for the physically impaired as on the fourth floor with narrow stairs. Perfectly located for the Biennale. Very friendly on site service (English speaking)

To be honest I was skeptical about this place because of the very few number of reviews on it.
I came to Venice - looking to stay 2 nights with friends in a less touristy area. This location is AWESOME. The neighborhood is super quiet. There’s a terrace on the top that’s quite nice and gives you a great view of several of the main sites in Venice.
The building is an older building with the apartment on the 3rd floor so be ready to do stairs. There are 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an optional trundle available as well. The kitchen has all the basic utensils/cooking ware and salt — grocery stores are close.
We met our check in person at the arranged time and communicated via WhatsApp. It was a little warm when we arrived but opening the windows and shutters worked just fine.
We had 3 different couples in this space so it was nice to all have private rooms and space. I recommend booking early and giving yourself plenty of time to water taxi Murano Burano and Lido. Hit up San Marco Square at night to avoid the crowds.
