Situation super centrale et pourtant calme car dans un petit passage, proximité d'un parking public (forfait 3 jours à 33 Euros), grandeur de l'appartement, qualité de la literie, balcon donnant sur un petit canal.
La moquette à l'entrée, les stores (électriques) d'une des deux chambres ne fonctionnait pas et la machine à café est en bout de course. Le reste était parfait !

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful Annecy flat. It was even better than the photos; spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally well located. Right in the heart of the old town, we had easy access to shops, restaurants, the canals, and all the charm Annecy has to offer. The flat itself was bright and inviting, with everything we needed: a well-equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, and a clean, modern bathroom. There was even a tiny lift, handy for luggage, though the stairs were manageable. We felt very at home and truly enjoyed the thoughtful setup and welcoming atmosphere.
The only minor downside was the summer heat; temperatures were around 30°C during our visit, and without air-conditioning, it did get a bit warm inside. However, the hosts had provided two fans and good blackout blinds, which helped keep things cooler. If you’re especially sensitive to heat, this might be something to consider, but we still found it manageable and it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed the stay.

The location was great, right in the centre but also tucked away. The apartment itself was comfortable and plenty of space. The kitchen and living room area was well decorated. The terrace was a lovely space to sit out on. We were able to get the keys a little early which was appreciated.
The entrance hallway could be nicer, there is a big stain on the carpet as you walk in. The small balcony area joined onto one of the bedrooms had lots of cobwebs. The apartment could have been better equipped - for example, no basics such as teabags, sugar and coffee pods for the coffee machine, also only one toilet roll. The apartment could be a really amazing place with a bit more love and attention.
