It consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower (toiletries included) and a living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette (4-burner stove, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, American coffee machine, kettle).
Terracotta tiled floors and wood-beamed ceilings. Small balcony and nice gazebo in front of the door equipped with table, chairs and barbecue.
The flat is also equipped with heating, air conditioning, hair dryer, Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, smoke detector.
A wine tasting is included in the price.
The holiday home has 8 comfortable flats furnished in Tuscan style, all with private terraces, terracotta floors and wood-beamed ceilings. The house is surrounded by a 7000-square-metre garden with swimming pool (20x8 m, open from May to October, depth: 1.4 to 3.0 metres) with hydro-massage corner, table tennis table, children's playground, outdoor barbecue and bocce court.
Twice a week the owner cooks typical Tuscan dishes for his guests, which can be enjoyed in a large communal dining room equipped with satellite TV, books and board games.
