About this villa rental
Location: in Montebello above Camaiore, detached house with large garden and private swimming pool from 16. 04. to 31. 10, (5 mx 8 m x maximum depth 1.20 m) The property is fenced and there is room for 2 - 3 car. The location is quiet and very panoramic. A beautiful covered terrace with barbecue is at guests' disposal. Wi-Fi for free. Satellite TV.
Equipment: The living space of approx. 150 m² is distributed over 2 floors. The main entrance is on the first floor with the dining area and kitchen, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. From the dining room a staircase leads to the floor, which opens to the outside, directly onto the pool area. On this floor, next to the living room, is a single room with tall windows and a bathroom with shower. The decor is tastefully decorated with wooden furniture.
To be paid on site: Deposit not optional €200. Heating according to consumption. Dog optional €40.

What a wonderful place and house. The house owner is very friendly and came by every day to water the garden and clean the pool.
Very clean en organised house.
The terrace is great, same as the pool.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und komplett eingerichtet. Der Garten und die Innenräume mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und gestaltet. Sehr schöne Aussicht auf die hügelige Umgebung. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verlebt.
