Struttura comodissima e molto tranquilla, a un passo dal centro storico. Nuova e pulita con bagno spazioso e ben attrezzato. Spazi non troppo ampi ma sufficienti per un soggiorno comodo. Host disponibili e puntuali. Non c'è parcheggio ma è facilissimo trovarlo a due passi dal B&B. Prato ha molti ristoranti carini, noi ci siamo fermati per cenare nel migliore della città, LAME' dello chef già stellato Alberto Sparacino. E la mattina a colazione, ottimo cornetto e caffè al bar "Il Chicco d'oro"nella vicinissima piazza San Marco, al n. 35.
Lo spessore del materasso, troppo basso per la mia schiena un po' acciaccata ... ma ho ben dormito comunque.

We had an extended stay so we got to experience two different rooms. The hosts are lovely and responsive, it’s a beautiful home with rooms- not a hotel or corporate airbnb. The spaces are beautiful renovated, modern with classic touches, beds are comfortable, everything is super clean and cared for. The rooms are refitted in an old Italian house so the layout esp of bathrooms is unique, and they are not huge, but for us all this is positive as we are not interested in cookie cutter. The location is ideal for Prato, right near the center, close to the train to Florence and elsewhere. Prato is a wonderful city to visit. A perfect place-highly recommend!

The room is located very close to the vibrant town centre. The room was modern and comfortable. There is some limited (4 spaces) free on street parking and the owner can provide a permit, but the spaces may not be available. There is a large car park nearby (2-3 minutes walk) but you have to pay.
Nothing, it was perfect for our 2 night stay in Prato.
