Posizione ottima, facile raggiungere a piedi tutte le zone di Prato, in una zona servita con bar ristoranti e negozi. L'appartamento è veramente luminoso, ben arredato, dotato di ogni confort compresa lavatrice e asciugatrice. Il palazzo d'epoca è ben mantenuto e silenzioso e ci sono numerosi parcheggi in zona. Le dimensioni dell'appartamento si presterebbero anche per soggiorni più lunghi di un weekend
