Welcome to this lovely townhouse, carefully renovated in 2025, located near the Miramar shopping center and the wide beach at the castle, Castillo Sohail. The urbanization has its own pool and tennis court.
The townhouse is in a quiet area close to most things, just a short walk away is the large shopping center Miramar with over 100 shops and restaurants as well as its own go-kart track on the roof. It takes about 10min to walk down to the beach and from there it is a lovely walk along the water to Fuengirola Center. There is free parking on the street outside and just around the knot there are numerous hiking trails in the beautiful scenery.
As you step in through the door you will be greeted directly by a bright and open plan with the modern kitchen to the left, which is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, water and coffee maker as well as much more you may need during the holiday. Straight ahead you have a dining area and the cozy living room as well as the terrace where there is a small barbeque and the best holiday memories are created!
Upstairs is the master bedroom to the right, here you have your own balcony with table and 2 chairs and a wonderful view of the urbanization and nature.
To the left is the second bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, there is also a toilet and a bathroom with bath and shower.
Upstairs you have your very own roof terrace with nice lounge furniture and a lovely sea view.
Otherwise, the townhouse is fully equipped with A / C in every room, dishwasher and washing machine, free parking in the area, internet and much more.
The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels per person. .
