About this apartment rental
Very nice 3-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment close to the centre of Fuengirola, with a sunny south-west facing balcony, communal swimming pool and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the beach.
This modern and elegantly designed apartment is located in a residential area of Fuengirola city centre. It features a bright living room with two sofas, TV, dining table and access to a nice sizeable balcony with open views and afternoon sun. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all appliances and utensils. It has a high table with two stools. The apartment has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, built-in wardrobes and access to the terrace, and two with two single beds. Two modern bathrooms, both with large spacious showers.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom, with ceiling fans in the double bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi. We provide all bed linen and towels.
There is a community parking lot with a gate, light in the building and a swimming pool in the garden.
It is less than 10 minutes walking (600 m) from the Miramar shopping centre, 8 minutes walking from the beach (550 m), bus stop nearby and 1.2 km from the train station.
This apartment is the ideal location to spend your holidays with excellent transport connections and easy access to the beautiful beaches of Fuengirola. The 7 km beach promenade of Fuengirola offers a great quality of life throughout the year. You will find many cafés, restaurants, shops and other services in the nearby area.

Great location, spacious and all amenities. Pool was v nice and we could walk to beaches and restaurants in 10 minutes
Parking was difficult as the car park was only small and the whole block was using it so generally had to park on the street which at times took time to find anywhere.

We stayed for 4 nights in December and loved the apartment, it was perfect for 4 adults and a 12 year old child. The apartment was lovely and clean when we arrived and check in process was simple and easy. The location is great less than a 10 min walk into the town centre and the local bakery and bars are fab. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice place but unfortunately there was some renovation noise in the neighbourhood. Nothing the owners can do about but therefore 4 nights was enough for us. Appartment is excellent.
