schöner Garten, Lage des Hauses, nicht weit entfernt vom Strand, kostenlose Fahrräder dabei, Waschmaschine dabei,
Alte Ausstattung, bei Ankunft war nicht gelüftet, Gestank, laute Autos in der Nacht fahren schnell durch die angrenzende Nebenstraße, nur 1 Rolle Klopapier für 3 Tage, Betten klein und nicht bequem, sehr enge kleine Zimmer.

Such a lovely holiday stay! Amazing value compared to AirBnbs for similar dates, and was the perfect size for 4 of us. Andrea was responsive, provided recommendations and everything we needed in the house.
A 5-min walk to the beach (much quicker than Google Maps suggested) and an easy walk to town along the gorgeous seafront. Bikes were a little rustic but such a big plus and added to the small town Italian summer feeling. The town itself is super lovely and has good restaurants, beach bars, and walks.
The sunroom was beautiful, with smart TV, functional kitchen with coffee machine. One bedroom room has door, and the other has a sliding door separator for essentially 2 rooms, with plenty of storage space plus the additional sofa bed in the kitchen area.
Not much! Would struggle to think of negatives.
