Accommodation description:
In a sunny location, against the rolling hills of Mühlbach and close to the ski bus stop, is this luxury apartment complex. You have access to a communal sauna and from the balcony you can enjoy the sun's rays and mountain views, As soon as you enter the property you will be welcomed by a luxurious interior, the kitchen with modern facilities and the living room with lots of atmosphere. Comfort and relaxation in a prime location!
Mühlbach is one of the three villages (along with Dienten and Maria Alm) set against the stately 2941-metre-high mountain, the Hochkönig. The ski area of the same name is equipped with modern lifts and it is great for beginners as well as (advanced) skiers. You can even ski all the way to the village of Maria Alm via the Königstour. Cross-country skiing is, of course, also possible here. As the trails are located high up, they are easily passable even well into winter. In summer, the region transforms into a beautiful hiking and mountain biking area. Highly recommended for nature lovers!
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Die Wohnung ist genau so wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern. Sehr schönr und der große Balkon ist mega. Besonders ist aber der tolle Asblick vom Balkon ins Tal und auf die andere Seite vom Tal. Bei schönem Wetter einfach traumhaft. Jeder Zeit wieder.

Fantastische Wohnung mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Sehr sauber verarbeitet. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es bei voller Belegung des Komplexes zwischen 1600 und 1800 Uhr nicht genug warmes Wasser gibt, wenn alle nach dem Skifahren nach Hause kommen und unter die Dusche kriechen.
