About this apartment rental

Agricultural estate. 1.4 km from the centre of Lofer, 25 km from the centre of Saalfelden, 38 km from the centre of Salzburg, in a sunny position on a slope. In the house: storage room for skis. Bread roll service. Parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, bus stop "260" 1.8 km, railway station "Zell am See" 37 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 25 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, ski lift 300 m, slopes 10 m, ski school 1.5 km, sled run 5 km, cross country ski track 1.4 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Saalfelden 25 km, Zell am See 37 km. Please note: On the estate animal husbandry. Local sale of farm products. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence.
"Nachbarbauer", 5-room apartment 130 m2 on 2nd floor. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining nook, bar, satellite TV, radio and tiled stove. Exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/WC. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and 1 pull-out bed. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm), hand-basin. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower, 2 sep. WC's, double hand-basin. Gas heating. Parquet floors. Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (8). Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free).
