About this chalet rental

How the address is already recognizing the chalet is in an absolute sunny location at 900 meters, with a view takes in the opposite mountains, and to the place Niedernsill.
The house is built in a solid wood construction which provides for a unique healthy indoor climate.
In the living area there is a large deep sofa that offers the entire family of space for relaxing, watching TV (very large flat screen TV) and games, and a wood stove with a large memory window, which provides for a pleasant warmth, and infrared heaters.
The dining area is a cozy corner seat, which can accommodate up to 10 people. Behind it is the subtle equipped open kitchen (Nespresso machine, coffee maker, fondue, raclette ..) with subsequent bar.

The 2 main bedrooms are each equipped with a flat screen TV and a double bed and a balcony with a wonderful view.
The third Bedroom with its loft bed can accommodate up to 4 people. The lower bed of the bunk bed and the single bed can be put together on request as a double bed.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom (the 3. Bathroom is down) and a sauna is not missing.
The 2 extra beds and the baby cot can be placed arbitrarily.
In summer, the beautiful terrace and the garden barbeque area.
Direct from the chalet, you can start the most beautiful hiking and mountain tours.
For ski tourers can be started directly from the chalet or some curves above.
Due to the central location of Niedernsill are
the most beautiful ski resorts (Zell am See Schmittenhoehe, Kaprun (Kitzsteinhorn), Hollersbach (entry Kitzbuehel, Saalfelden Hinterglemm, lakes (Zeller Lake) or the natural lake in Niedernsill, tennis court and mini golf course in Niedernsill and golf courses quickly.

Wir würden dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus jedem weiterempfehlen. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir haben hier wunderbare Tage verbracht. Ein paar Punkte müssen wir leider bemängeln: - im oberen Bad, welches sich im Flur befindet, hat man einen See auf dem Fußboden sobald man geduscht hat. Hier sollten dringend die Dichtungen überprüft werden - wenn man Nachts auf die Toilitte geht, wird zwangsläufig jeder wach weil der Fußboden stark knarrt- also daher weniger geeignet für kleine Kinder die im oberen Bereich schlafen sollten -der Check in hat bei uns leider nicht gut funktioniert, da wir keine Email mit den Infos zur Schlüsselübergabe vorab erhalten haben und somit leider ca. 1 h vor der verschlossenen Türe standen

Generelt var vi meget godt tilfreds med det hele i dette dejlige hus. Vi har dog nogle få anbefalinger: 1. Det anbefales stærkt, at køleskab/fryser på forhånd er tændt inden man ankommer til huset. 2. Det anbefales, at der er en mikroovn i huset. 3. Det anbefales, at der er en mere præcist beskrivelse af, hvordan affald skal håndteres/afhentes.
