The host greeted us upon arrival and shared many useful tips for our visit. The room was spacious, warm (it was great considering lower temperatures outside in January), we could use an oven and had a great stay. The location was perfect as we could reach all sights easily on foot.

Very nice and cosy apartment right in the heart of Mantua. Perfect location, literally 2 minutes from the main square and all the shops, yet in a quiet street. Cristina, the host, was extremely friendly and helpful, she took the time to go through what to see in Mantua and where to eat. Thank you. I would strongly recommend Cristina’s place to anyone.

Excellent location with an ample sized room for two people. Cristina was a fantastic host! The amenities were plentiful in a completely self serve apartment with excellent heating. Although the location was steps from the main piazza, the apartment and courtyard were very quiet and calm. Coffee in the room was a huge plus!
The mattress was hard for our liking. The amenities and room itself are becoming a bit dated and worn. It could use some sprucing up. We prefer a full American style breakfast rather than what was offered in nearby cafes...typical Italian light, sweet breakfast.

Superb location just off main square and easy walking distance to almost all things worth seeing (Palazzo Te is a little far but still walkable).
The room was very spacious and there was a small kitchen/dining corner which is worth if you are staying a little longer. Bed very comfortable.
Breakfast provided at nearby café. Ingenious system for parking which involves getting a visitors' pass so you can park very close by.
Overall, an ideal place to stay if you want to explore this amazing town.
