Claire veille à ce que tout se passe bien, elle reste en contact de l'arrivée (elle m'a aidée à trouver mon chemin !) au départ. La chambre est décorée avec goût, moderne, confortable, très propre et Claire réserve tout un tas de petites attentions avec de très bon produits. Vraiment je recommande cette location en plein coeur de la merveilleuse ville de Mantoue.
Juste la toute petite lampe près du lit ne fonctionnait pas, j'ai oublié de le dire à Claire et j'ai eu du mal à me connecter au wifi mais c'est rien du tout à côté de mon excellent séjour dans cet hébergement

Tutto benissimo, sono stati molto gentili, ci hanno permesso di lasciare gli zaini presso il ristorante anche prima dell'orario di check in. Comunicazione tramite Whatsapp ottima. Palazzo vecchio ma camere ottimamente ristrutturate. Zona in centrissimo, molto comoda per visitare la città.
Non si poteva raffrescare ma ci era stato comunicato perché non avevano ancora switchato il riscaldamento centralizzato.

L’habitació era molt moderna i còmoda. Teíem tot el que necessitàvem i inclus ens van guardar les maletes després de la hora del check-out ja que el restaurant estava tancat el dia de la nostra sortida. No dubtarem a tornar!
