Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, ideal um die Umgebung bequem zu erkunden. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet mit großer Auswahl und sehr guter Qualität. Besonders begeistert hat uns das sehr große Badezimmer, das viel Komfort geboten hat. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Geweldige locatie. Aardig personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt. Ik ga volgende keer weer.

Gebouw is een monument en dus gehorig we hoorden voetstappen boven ons hoofd.

È impossibile esagerare il valore della location. L'hotel si trova letteralmente nel cuore pulsante di Mantova: uscire dalla porta e trovarsi immersi tra i portici rinascimentali, con il Duomo e il Palazzo Ducale a due passi, è un privilegio che ripaghi ogni euro speso. Colazione con buffet ricchissimo: torte della tradizione mantovana (la sbrisolona era deliziosa), frutta fresca di stagione, selezione di salumi e formaggi locali, brioches calde e una caffetteria curata dal personale del bar. Ho apprezzato particolarmente l'attenzione alla qualità degli ingredienti, tipica delle strutture che puntano sul territorio . Il personale della reception si è dimostrato sempre disponibile, sorridente e pronto a dispensare consigli su ristoranti e itinerari poco turistici. La loro cortesia ha contribuito a rendere il soggiorno piacevole, creando un'atmosfera familiare e accogliente.

Appena entrato in camera, abbiamo notato uno strato di polvere sul mobile armadio — segno evidente che la pulizia non era stata fatta con la dovuta cura. Ma il problema più grave è emerso durante la notte: ho riscontrato la presenza di acari (o almeno piccoli insetti simili) che ci hanno causato disagi e qualche fastidio alla pelle. Questo aspetto ha inevitabilmente offuscato l'esperienza complessiva. Una struttura che si presenta come raffinata e curata non può permettersi trascuratezze di questo tipo

Very well located, in the old town centre. An easy activated card to swipe in and out. Nice and ample big towels and love the moisturiser for the shower, orange and bergamot!

Small kettle but no milk for coffee, not even UHT, which would be easy to sort. A small, corporate style room, plain but modern furnishings. Had imagined something less office like. feint red marks on the bedcover and pillow case, stains not quite fully removed. A very hot day but air conditioning was not on when I was led into the room, which was hot and stuffy. Toilet ran for at least a half hour after flushing, audible from bed even with bathroom door shut A generator hummed through the night, quite loud, near the window perhaps? Thankfully I had earplugs with me. TV no international or English channels, as far as I could tell.
