About this cottage rental
Detached in a gated courtyard (terrace and garden separated by hedges), located in a village with shops and services, near the Montsaugeonnais vineyards and the four lakes of the Pays de Langres. You enter on the ground floor into a dining room with a very spacious open kitchen. A relaxation area with a fireplace and television is located in this room. A large reception room with a fireplace can accommodate your guests for an aperitif, an evening with friends, or a whole week, depending on your preferences. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, shower room, and toilet near the bedroom, accessed via 6 steps.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds.
Mezzanine (1 sofa bed). Shower room and toilet.
Baby equipment available upon request.
Oil central heating (included). Wood: €2/basket. Sheets: €10/bed. Cleaning service: €100. Utilities: 8 kWh/day of electricity provided (meter readings upon arrival and departure). Any excess is payable to the owner: billed based on actual consumption.
For businesses, the cleaning fee must be billed weekly. It is mandatory.
If the rental period is longer than 15 days, the cleaning fee is €60; otherwise, it is €100.
