About this cottage rental
Old basket maker's house, completely independent in the center of a wooded and flowery park of 4,300 m² where nature and calm are at the rendezvous. Located in a traditional village where wicker and basketwork reign. In Fayl-Billot, small wicker becomes basket, jewel, pléssis or decoration in the village.
Come and crisscross in the heart of nature all these small paths in a magnificent forest. Also close to the 4 lakes.
Ground floor: Kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), bathroom/WC. Upstairs: Lounge area, 1 bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed) and a shower room/WC. Tumble dryer. Sheets provided (beds made on arrival). Cleaning fee: €80. Towels: €8/person. Heating fee: €85/week. €70 for mid-week and €60/week. Wood stove: €30/week. Charges: 8 kWh/day of electricity Free (meter reading on arrival and departure). The surplus is to be paid to the owner: billed on actual consumption (meter reading) 2 adult mountain bikes and 3 children. Covered shelter.
