We liked that the hotel room was spacious and clean. The spa area was comfortable with kids and very relaxing, and the restaurant had a cozy atmosphere.
what could be bettrer is the breakfast was quite standard and just okay. For this price, we would have appreciated a few more dishes or menu options. The timing was also very strict — we saw some families arrive shortly before closing, and the staff quickly removed the hot dishes without trying to leave anything for them.

Great location, modern facilities and style.
It could be more higher temperature in the room. In winter (January) time Klaipeda is so cold and humidity city.

Lovely room. Central location. Great high standards hotel.
Nice swimming pool and jacuzzi.
Steam room was cold. (Only chosen this hotel to enjoy sauna facilities (and paid for a room specifically with an access to the spa area)). It was quickly checked and switched on when queried, but was too late to enjoy as takes hours to warm up.

Tiny (like really tiny) beds in twin rooms. Unfriendly reception staff. Aggressive housekeeping.
