1. We had to ask for a code to enter the hotel (it was much later then checkin time, around 4-5 pm), so we had to wait and spend extra time for manager to give us access to the hotel
2. Breakfast wasn’t served on the next day
3. The fire alarm was on from 6 am to 8 am so we were woken up with the loud noise and couldn’t go back to sleep. For sure there was no fire as I called the manager and they told us quite unpleasantly “yes we know”
