Spacious, great location, and excellent communication with the host. The falls and downtown are minutes away, as is Rainbow Bridge into Canada.
A couple spots, some cups and a curtain, overlooked when cleaned from the last occupants. Easy enough fix.

- great location, Seneca Niagara casino is just steps away, fashion outlet mall only 13 min drive, super close to Canadian border
- rooms are spacious with good beds, 2 are King sized
- place is just as it appears in the pictures
- great deal for the price
- the area is overall rundown and overall a bit sketch, have to maintain some caution
- the property is equipped with basic supplies but there could be little more, eg more utensils in the kitchen. No dishwasher in the kitchen
- washrooms are barebones and could use things like hooks
- old property with some exposed finishings, have to be careful with little kids, eg vents in the living room

The property was very close to Niagra falls which was the biggest advantage we like and also the nearby locations are good to explore.
The property was not cleaned. Sofa couch was very old and broken too, one of the recliner chairs was not closing, so we have to manage like that. Water was leaving one of the room in downstair if you take shower at the second floor bathroom. The air vents on the floor were too dirty full of dust and dirty stuff which is not at all good for healthy breathing. The air vents were also broken in few places which is risky for kids if they stamp on it. I need some consideration on this.
