Lots of beds- very appreciated and the beds were fairly comfortable. Some of the bedding was stained, but seemed clean overall. A few dirty dishes in the sink when we arrived is not something I am accustomed to finding in a VRBO rental. This place has almost no closet space and could use more night stands so that people have places to set glasses and phones, etc. if you plan to cook, make sure you have all necessary materials - cooking oil, spray, whisk, steak knives, etc. very basic cookware and dishes available. I would have like washcloths, or notification that those would not be provided. There were only a couple tiny trash cans- you really need a larger one available in the kitchen at least especially with a house that can accomodate so many people. Location was good. I had difficulty with getting proper notifications from my host because of difficulties with the VRBO app. Until I finalized the payment, the host seemed willing to accomodate a direct text or email. But after my payment was taken, the host only communicated through the app, which I could not access that and the host did not respond to my repeated request to send the arrival and departure info directly to me via text or email. Thankfully VRBO customer service finally forwarded the information about arrival. I never got any departure info except the time. The place met our NEEDS certainly. Next time we come, if we choose to stay there, I will be better prepared, which is why I share the details.
