Disappointed that they charged me an additional $25 once I got to the hotel for parking , when lots surrounding the hotel are free or 7$ a day. All the lots are empty, they charge additional after saying free parking. Disappointed tremendously.

Jacuzzi in the bathroom did not work. Room cost treats the non-working jacuzzi as a non-jacuzzi standard bathtub.
Staff training is sub-professional.
